On October 17th, the organizing committee of the W2140 Global Web3 + AI Expo appointed Ms. Iris as the Vice Chair for this year's event. She will be fully responsible for business partnerships at the Expo.

She has previously worked at Huawei’s German branch, the Swiss Roche Investment Group, and the globally renowned exhibition company, Messe Frankfurt. In these roles, Iris showcased her outstanding skills in business development and project management, particularly in facilitating cross-border cooperation and ensuring operational efficiency. Her career began at Huawei’s German branch, where she was the sole Chinese employee working as a project assistant in the Dresden region, demonstrating exceptional cross-cultural communication and management abilities.

At the Swiss Roche Investment Group, Iris was responsible for project cost operations, focusing on financial management. This experience equipped her with strong skills in financial analysis and project management. She later served as a business development manager for high-end global conferences at Messe Frankfurt, focusing on the Chinese market and organizing international conferences. This role greatly enhanced her global business development and project execution capabilities.
In July 2017, Iris co-founded a Web3 investment community in Shanghai, officially entering the Web3 industry. She took charge of expanding government relations and fostering collaborations with major universities, actively promoting the development and application of blockchain technology. Iris's key responsibilities included leading investment strategy formulation, planning fundraising activities, and negotiating and executing partnership projects. She excelled particularly in expanding relationships with governments and universities across borders.
